The birds and some of the other dumber* animals (*that is a technical term) seem much less depressing to look at. Than say, lions, gorillas or elephants. I know zoos do a lot of good for conservation, research, etc. and our zoo is quite nice, but still…The Spy finds it to be kind of a bummer and Smoochie and I tend to agree. As for Baby? She seemed most excited about a leaf she found and carried around for hours.

    Good to see you all out and about and enjoying that lovely fresh spring air. It’s starting to cool down here now but not enough to light Brunhilda and hurl ourselves into the winter months. At least it is raining to water the garden now. With you on Zoo’s and don’t even get me started on circus’s! Have a fantabulous month :)
