    It would seem that the woodpeckers in your district get excited by chopping blocks?! Love the shot of the cardinal. We don’t have birds that are as vibrant as that one. Lovely snowy images of the garden and how a blanket of snow entices you to stay indoors. No snow here and the temperatures are starting to get higher. Merry Christmas from “the other side of the world” :)

        You have such exotic birds where you live! All I know about woodpeckers comes from watching “Woody Woodpecker” cartoons as a kid and I am thinking that they might be a bit different to he was ;)
