Lemon cucumber dill pickles with: coriander seeds, garlic and dill from the garden. Plus white vinegar, black peppercorns, red pepper flake and sliced onions.
In addition to this jar of lemon cukes I used the delikatesse cucumbers to make two more quart jars of classic dill pickles (not pictured). I added some sugar to the remaining brine and then made sweet (but not too sweet) cornichons (that is French for gherkins) with a small pile of De Bourbonne cucumbers:

Recipe? I love everything lemon, so curious how these taste.
OK I will try and write down the recipe when I get a chance, I sort of made it up as I went along but the ingredients are listed in the post and I semi-followed a Claussen pickles knockoff recipe (that I just found through google).
